All of the artwork displayed on this website is created entirely by me. Each piece originates from my own imagination, creativity, and artistic process. I do not use artificial intelligence (AI) tools or software to generate, alter, or inspire any of my artwork. My work is deeply personal and rooted in authenticity.
If reference materials are used in the creative process, they consist solely of my own photographs or a thoughtfully curated blend of imagery that has been heavily transformed to form a completely unique visual expression. I take the originality of my work seriously—each piece is distinctly mine and does not mirror or replicate the art of others. I place a strong emphasis on respecting the intellectual property and privacy of fellow artists. If an artist has expressed that their work should not be used as reference or inspiration in any capacity, I will always honor that request without exception.
I do not permit or condone the unauthorized use, resale, reproduction, or redistribution of my work in any form. This includes presenting my artwork, logos, or designs as your own or using them for commercial purposes without my explicit written consent. Any such misuse constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action. Consequences can include court-ordered injunctions to cease the infringing activity, lawsuits for financial damages (including harm to my professional reputation), and statutory fines that may reach up to $150,000 per violation under U.S. copyright law.
